Pankaj Singh, D.D.S., Diplomate I.C.O.I. & A.B.O.I., Fellow A.A.I.D.

Dr. Pankaj Singh is the founder of Arch Dental Associates and Le Visage Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry with offices in New York City, Huntington and Garden City. A graduate of New York University's School of Dentistry, he did his residency in dental and oral surgery and received his advanced fellowship training in dental implants at Brookdale Hospital and NYU. He serves as Editor of Literature Review "Journal of Oral Implantology" and as an examiner of the board examination of The American Board of Oral Implantology. Dr. Singh has been in private practice for over 15 years, specializing in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and laser dentistry. He was the first dentist to introduce the use of lasers and one-visit dentistry using the CEREC technology to the downtown Manhattan area. His use of 3-D imaging in planning dental implant procedures and restorations is regarded as a ground breaking and innovative approach to traditional techniques. Along with Dr. Jerome Kaufman, their research lead to the development of an Oral Appliance for the treatment of Snoring and Sleep Apnea and they were the first to show the improvement of the airway on a 3D xray. He is recognized within the profession as a master clinician and speaker.

He is a dual boarded Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Board of Oral Implantology as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Congress of Oral Implantology and the American Society of Osseointegration. He received an advanced certification in I.V. anesthesia and Oral Sedation from Montifiore Medical Center (http://www.montefiore.org/) and Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He is a clinical instructor of Advanced Dentistry at New York University's School of Dentistry and an attending physician, clinical scientist and researcher at LIJ/NS University Hospital in Long Island. He lectures internationally and nationally to the profession on implant Dentistry, Sleep Dentistry and advanced dental concepts.

Dr. Singh has been featured in several national magazines and radio and television news programs. He was recognized as one of the pioneers in medicine by "Biz India", an international news magazine when in their March 2004 issue they featured him on the cover of their annual issue dedicated to medicine. Dr. Singh has authored several articles and contributed to several textbooks and authored the best selling textbook on Oral/Dental Implants "Atlas of Oral Implantology". He is a core advisor of the "Alpha Team" committee on scientific research and product development of a major endodontic company "Sybron Endo", as well as a key advisor on the R&D team of Sirona Dental Systems and Meisinger Dental. He is a key speaker and educator in-charge of continuing education and training on Dental Implants, Bone and Soft Tissue Grafting and for Reimser Dental."

Jerome Kaufman, DDS, Prosthodontist

Dr. Kaufman graduated from Columbia University School of Dentistry in 1959.

After completing his internship he served two years in the U.S. Army. A two-year residency and graduate training in prosthetic dentistry at New York University followed military service and in 1965, Dr. Kaufman established his private practice on Long Island.

He went on to become the Director of Prosthodontics at the Nassau County Medical Center serving in that capacity for twenty years. He is also a former Clinical Associate Professor of Restorative Dentistry of the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Our Staff

Angela Buto, Office Manager

Angela Buto is our office manager at Le Visage Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. Angela began her career in dentistry in the clinical setting. Her managerial talents have brought her to the position she holds today. She is an asset to our practice. Angela has a 10 year old daughter named Alexa.

Arna McNiff, Registered Dental Hygienist

Arna has been a dental hygienist since 1984. She joined Le Visage after being part of Dr. Kaufman's practice for over 30 years. Arna is married and has two grown daughters. The new addition to her family is a Morkie puppy named Lexi.

Terre Hardgorve, Dental Assistant

Terre is the clinical coordinator at Le Visage & Implant Dentistry. She has been in the dental field working with Dr. Kaufman and now Dr. Singh for over 30 years. She looks forward to future growth and development with our practice. Terre is married and mother to three grown children.

Jacinto Amores, Dental Technician

Jacinto Amores is our dental technician here at Le Visage Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. He works in unison with the doctors in our office laboratory to ensure superior cosmetic restorations for all our patients. He has more than 30 years experience in the dental professional.
